Aid International has been supporting Gifts of Love International and their work in Guatemala since 2000, providing vital labour for their work with widows and orphans, and offering long term support for whatever their most immediate needs are.
This year's Build Team will return to the charity's 25 acre site at Brito, where GOLI is currently setting up homes for rescued street children and orphans.
Work will be along much the same lines as it has been in the past, and participants could get involved with anything from building a wall or repairing a roof, to general painting and decorating.
You don't need any special building experience, as supervision will be provided on site, and you won't be asked to do anything you feel uncomfortable with. But you can be sure that you will learn a lot, have plenty of fun along the way, and most importantly make a huge difference to a group of ver y needy, very grateful people.
